Waveform Peakiness Monitoring
Waveform peakiness of each 20 Hz measurement: the ratio of the maximum power in the waveform to the average power of the waveform to the right of the expected leading edge location (the ENVISAT derivation, used for LRM and SARin). In SAR mode, waveform bins with no power are excluded from the average. SAR and SARin echoes do not have the typical pulse-limited echo shape, so peakiness needs a different interpretation in each mode.
