The atmospheric and geophysical range corrections at 1 Hz. These are 1-way corrections that are added to the range (or subtracted from the height); flag_cor_applied_20_ku shows which were applied to each measurement's height (ie the tide, inverse barometer and dynamic atmosphere corrections over ocean only). The sea state bias is not provided in Baseline-F.
